We have purchased 2 large pallets of skin on 220gm salmon portion packs.
Rejected by a famous supermarket because they are not all the perfect shape: That's the world we live in we're afraid.
However instead of going into the huge food waste mountain they end up at independent suppliers like us.
We have two flavours to choose from:
1. Garlic and Herb. 2. Sweet Chilli.
Simply defrost and cook for about 15-20 minutes. Use the drop-down box to pick your flavour and use the multi-save options.
