Here you can buy one kilo bags of our frozen smoked haddock. We buy our haddock off the Grimsby Fish Market. It is then processed here in Grimsby into boneless fillets. It is then cured (smoked) here in Grimsby by our next door neighbour in his smoke house. We then freeze in our blast freezer. It takes a matter of minutes to go from fresh to frozen. We have two choices: Traditional which has a yellow dye in the product as was always done in bygone days. We also sell the product natural. Still smoked just like the yellow but with no food colouring added. Use the dropdown box to choose.

These large frozen sardines are caught off the coast of Portugal when the fat content is just right. Individually quick frozen so you can take what you want from the 1kg bag. Look out for fresh supplies which we receive during the summer months, great on the bbq.
