Now these are impressive. Huge prawns from Nigeria. The biggest prawns that we sell. These are our go-to barbecue prawn in the summer months. They come raw and frozen in a TWO kilo block. A little tap on the floor and these will split apart and you can just use how many you need. They come in the following three sizes:
BIG U/10 - You will get approximately 20 prawns in your 2 kilo box (about £2.95 each)
BIGGER 6/8 - You will get approximately 16 prawns in your 2 kilo box (about £4.30 each)
BIGGEST 4/6 - You will get approximately 12 prawns in your 2 kilo box (about 6.55 each)

These are cooked crevettes served in a TWO kilo tray. All frozen individually so you can defrost as many as you choose at any time. The count is 20-30 per kilo. As this is a two kilo tray you will receive approximately 50 large crevettes for £35.00

Langoustines. The raw material for scampi, the tails are the delicate tasty part of the langoustine. These often end up in paellas in Spain or a fruits de mer in France. Both sizes come in one kilo boxes. You can chose between either 17-20 langoustines per box or the larger between 8-12 per box.

2 x 200gm COQUILLE ST JACQUES

Cooked and frozen in its own netting these large and extra large Canadian lobsters are perfect for a looking the part on top of a fruit de mer or a buffet. After defrosting simply split down the back with a stiff large blade and remove the meaty tail. You will also need a hammer to crack the claws and reveal the white meat. Ideal for warming through on the BBQ too with garlic butter if you are an all season griller!

These must be one of the most flavoursome products on our site, peeled brown shrimps from Southport Bay on the western side of the UK (just down the road from Morecombe) are hand peeled and potted in butter, these are full of cholesterol and taste, we recommend you try these on toast for breakfast, fabulous.

These handy 454gm boxes contain the ever popular American squid. These have not been cleaned so if you want your calamari to contain it's natural ink then this is the product for you. Excellent cooked in pasta, on the barbecue or in a risotto.

Big prawns cooked in their shell. We sell these in one kilo bags and two kilo trays. Ideal for prawn cocktails and topping off any sensational prawn dish with no cooking required. The size is 20/30. This means you get approximately 25 in one kilo and 50 in two kilos.

Small tender squid with all the work done for you. Squid have a beak and a bony membrane to stiffen the body both of which have been removed so these are ready to eat after cooking.
