These little beauties are fished in the North Sea mainly by the Dutch fishermen, they are cooked, peeled and sealed in 100g pouches. Someone goes to a lot of effort peeling these for us and the taste is incredible. Why not try sprinkling them on buttered toast for a delightful treat.

Raw Crevettes
The 10-15, 6-8 and 4-6 sizes are WILD caught prawns and are hugely impressive in size and in taste. Black tiger prawns from Nigeria, South Africa. A much bigger prawn than anything swimming around these parts. These are our go-to barbecue prawn.
The smallest size 20-30 size crevettes are farmed in Ecuador. All prawns come with a five day shelf life. The count is how many you get per kilo (between 20-30, between 10-15, between 6-8 & between 4-6)

Fresh pasteurised crabmeat in a 454g bag, this beautiful claw meat is from the blue swimmer crab that swims in the seas around Indonesia, please keep this refrigerated at all times, perfect for crab cakes. You may have unknowingly sampled this before as we supply many restaurants with this.
