Beautiful British squid caught off the English south coast and Scottish coasts. The best tasting squid. It will be sent as it looks in the cover photograph, tentacles and body unwashed.

These little beauties are fished in the North Sea mainly by the Dutch fishermen, they are cooked, peeled and sealed in 100g pouches. Someone goes to a lot of effort peeling these for us and the taste is incredible. Why not try sprinkling them on buttered toast for a delightful treat.

Fresh scallops. The best seafood the ocean offers? Most would not argue with this. Freeze what you do not eat for another day. There are four choices - choose carefully!

We receive fresh oysters daily from either Lindisfarne, Jersey, Whitstable or from the Essex oyster beds at Maldon. They are live and must be kept alive until opened, we find the best way to do this is to keep them under damp newspaper in a Fridge. Eat within three days of delivery.

Raw Crevettes
The 10-15 & 6-8 sizes are WILD caught prawns and are hugely impressive in size and in taste. Black tiger prawns from Nigeria, South Africa. These are wild and caught by fishermen and shipped to the UK. A much bigger prawn than anything swimming around these parts.
The smallest size 20-30 size crevettes are farmed in Ecuador. All prawns come with a five day shelf life. The count is how many you get per kilo (between 20-30, between 10-15, between 6-8)

Rope grown in the United Kingdom and cleaned, these fresh live mussels are wrapped in a net for convenience and sold when in season - usually when there is an 'R' in the month. We buy from trusted suppliers in the Shetlands.
