We receive fresh oysters daily from either Lindisfarne, Jersey, Whitstable or from the Essex oyster beds at Maldon. They are live and must be kept alive until opened, we find the best way to do this is to keep them under damp newspaper in a Fridge. Eat within three days of delivery.

Raw Crevettes
The 20/30 size crevettes are Vanname prawns from France.
The 10-15, 6-8 and 4-6 sizes are the hugely impressive, in size and in taste, black tiger prawns from Nigeria, South Africa. These ones are wild and caught by fishermen.
All prawns come with a five day shelf life.

Rope grown in the United Kingdom and cleaned, these fresh live mussels are wrapped in a net for convenience and sold when in season - usually when there is an 'R' in the month. We buy from trusted suppliers in the Shetlands.
