These are claws and legs that have become detached from the knuckle or bits of knuckle that have become detached from the claws and legs! One kilo bag: £49.95. We stock frozen cooked Chilean king crab. It is smaller than our usual Norwegian stock but also cheaper.
Whereas our Norwegian stock is £99.00 these beauties are only £69.00 each. Save £30.00!

This southern king crab is found in South American oceans 700 metres down. Decorative spikes on the outside protect the snow white sweet meat inside. It is juicy and tender and an eating experience. Cut the defrosted shell with kitchen scissors to expose the meat.

You will receive one kilo of cooked king crab. Legs and claws may or may not be attached to the knuckle part of the fish. 

Cooked and frozen in its own netting these Canadian lobsters are perfect for a quick spring or summer salad After defrosting simply split the beast down the back with a stiff large blade and remove the meaty tail. You will also need a hammer to crack the claws and reveal the white meat, lobsters average size is 500-550 grams. Ideal for warming through on the BBQ too with garlic butter!

These are cooked and frozen at sea by Norwegian vessels which now have an increased quota of this sustainable shellfish.

British brown crab claws landed by fishermen in Whitby just up the coast from us. A lot of British crab are bulk flown to the Far East nowadays as other nations crave the taste of our indigenous crab. It doesn't leave a lot to go round but what we do get we freeze on the day of intake and offer here.

Our dressed crabs come from the East Coast, caught and processed by boats working out of Grimsby, Withernsea and Whitby. Our dressed crabs have a healthy portion of brown meat hiding underneath the delicious white meat on top and all sitting in a natural shell, hopefully yours will arrive with a claw on top but unfortunately we cannot guarantee this due to the days limited supply however, we will try our best to get you ones with the claw on top.

Fresh pasteurised crabmeat in a 454g bag, this beautiful claw meat is from the blue swimmer crab that swims in the seas around Indonesia, please keep this refrigerated at all times, perfect for crab cakes. You may have unknowingly sampled this before as we supply many restaurants with this.

These are actually called mangrove crab or blue swimmer crab which are harvested in Indonesia, the image illustrated shows the live crab. After cooking you eat the whole thing and therein lies the taste, for the caterers choose the size that suits your menu and margin from the drop down menu below. Cooking instructions on the back of most of the branded packs we buy. If not it is just a case of lightly flouring and deep frying until crispy.

Snow crab clusters are delicate and when we re-pack the bulk cartons some inevitable get broken. These pieces are packed in a 1 kilo bag and offered here. Full of white meat at a bargain price!
