Kippers are smoked herrings and we have 3 presentations. Traditional split herring including the head and centre bone, best for flavour and a challenge to eat. The same but undyed. Then the boneless kipper. which is in effect a fillet and much easier to eat. The real kipper lover will enjoy the traditional variety.
