A very good find of ours these and currently a recommendation. King prawns, simply cook and peel to get to the tender meat inside. These are one of the prawn types we put into our boil packs. It is a big box. It is a TWO kilo box. You get a lot of prawns here. Nice to see they are also very low glaze. You will actually still have 1.80 kilo after thawing. Ecuadorian species. These are raw and headless (don't be fooled by the misleading packaging) but still have their shell on.
