Handmade in Great Grimsby these skinless and boneless cod fillets in a delicious white wine, lemon & tarragon sauce and finished with croutons are a delight for any palate. For best results cook from frozen, remove box and film lid, place onto a baking tray and put into a pre-heated oven, cook at 190°C (conventional oven) 170°C (fan oven) gas mark 5 for 40 minutes.
