Our comforting pie mix is a selection of skinless and boneless white fish, superior salmon and smoked cod or haddock, there is no particular ratio of either but all can be cooked together as the base for a hearty meaty fish pie, add cold water cooked and peeled prawns after cooking to enhance the flavour. There is a lot of fish for a very large fish pie here. Although we take care to remove bones some may remain.
