These fillets of plaice are cut from daily landed whole plaice from the North Sea. Their delicate flavour and fine texture make this one of the nation's favourite fish. Now back in season and looking fat again.
Your fish will arrive in a sealed bag. Upon delivery remove from the bag immediately, rinse with cold water and pat dry. Do not refrigerate or freeze your fish in the bag in which it was delivered in. If freezing cut into smaller pieces first.
