British Wild Bass is Back! The British wild bass season runs 1st April - 31st December and we buy ours either from Grimsby Fish Market or have them sent up to us from the English south coast. Has to be one of the most beautiful fish that the UK can call it's own.
On stock at the moment are fish weighing:
800gm-1 kilo prior to scaling and gutting
1-2 kilo prior to scaling and gutting
2-3 kilo prior to scaling and gutting
We scale and gut the fish for you.
We also have a fillet option.
If ordering whole fish you receive one fish per order. If ordering fillets you get 1 kilo in weight.
Tuck into this delicious fish until the end of the year.
