This southern king crab is found in South American oceans 700 metres down. Decorative spikes on the outside protect the snow white sweet meat inside. It is juicy and tender and an eating experience. Cut the defrosted shell with kitchen scissors to expose the meat.

You will receive one kilo of cooked king crab. Legs and claws may or may not be attached to the knuckle part of the fish.
