Haddock fillets: The traditional fillet as eaten in fish and chip shops up and down the country. It is the biggest selling white fish product in our shop by far. The locals love it! We buy the whole fish off our local market and they are processed by Grimsby filleters.
Your fish will arrive in a sealed bag. Upon delivery remove from the bag immediately, rinse with cold water and pat dry. Do not refrigerate or freeze your fish in the bag in which it was delivered in. If freezing cut into smaller pieces first.
