We have purchased 2 large pallets of skin on 220gm salmon portion packs.<br>Rejected by a famous supermarket because they are not all the perfect shape: That's the world we live in we're afraid.<br>However instead of going into the huge food waste mountain they end up at independent suppliers like us. <br>We have two flavours to choose from: <br>1. Garlic and Herb. 2. Sweet Chilli.<br>Simply defrost and cook for about 15-20 minutes.

FROZEN Smoked Haddock

Here you can buy one kilo bags of our frozen smoked haddock. We buy our haddock off the Grimsby Fish Market. It is then processed here in Grimsby into boneless fillets. It is then cured (smoked) here in Grimsby by our next door neighbour in his smoke house. We then freeze in our blast freezer. It takes a matter of minutes to go from fresh to frozen. We have two choices: Traditional which has a yellow dye in the product as was always done in bygone days. We also sell the product natural. Still smoked just like the yellow but with no food colouring added. Use the dropdown box to choose.
