These are catering packs of cooked snow crab clusters, one of our best selling seafood products, full of pure white meat. These have been sustainably caught in Norwegian waters in the Barents Sea. The quota has been increased this year so a good supply is assured. Humanely harvested in traps by Norwegian vessels then cooked and frozen onboard giving a top quality wild product. After freezing the clusters are random packed in a 10 kilo box and stored on board. Each box weight is recorded and we will credit any difference in actual weights shipped. Choose from 5-8oz or the bigger 8-10oz.
Important Information: We will ship this product in 2 x 5 kilo boxes. Your product will arrive frozen. The delicate nature of this product means that legs and claws may become detached en route to you. This does not alter the taste or enjoyment of the product. We pack to the best of our abilities to minimise damage. Refunds can not be given on deliveries were detachment of legs and claws has occurred.
