OVEN BAKE: Remove from packaging and place on a baking tray in the centre of a preheated one to 180°C fan / 200°C conventional / Gas Mark 6 and cook for 25-40 minutes.
DEEP FRY: Preheat the oil to 180°C and cook for 6-8 minutes until thoroughly cooked.
