Kingcrab.co.uk is a website owned, managed and maintained by Premier Seafoods Ltd of Grimsby. Our address is;

Making a purchase could not be easier simply browse our site and add any items that you wish to purchase into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Payment' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete your order.
Please be aware when our website is undergoing maintenance you may experience some problems at the check out, please call our customer service team between 7am to 3pm Monday to Friday on (01472) 287640 or email us at email@example.com and we will be happy to assist you.
Due to the very nature of seafood we cannot guarantee the final cost of your order, your Seabass may weigh slightly more then 1kg or your Haddock fillets may not quite weigh the ordered amount therefore, we will charge your card to the actual weight dispatched to you. We endeavour to get you the freshest fish available but sometimes due to the vagaries of the weather we are not able to fulfil your fresh fish order and we reserve the right to substitute a frozen product at the same price. If the species advertised is not available then we may substitute for a similar species, size or presentation of a similar quality.
When confirmation of your order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order, it does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.
Once your order has been placed your payment is pre-authorized, we do not take any money until the day of dispatch as we may need to take a little extra or a little less due to the weights, please ensure there are sufficient funds available at the time of dispatch or we may not be able to fulfill your order.
All orders are dispatched in sealed packs inside expanded polystyrene boxes and an outer cardboard box accompanied by Dry ice (for frozen orders) or Gel packs (for fresh orders) to ensure that the correct temperature is maintained. Fresh and frozen items are packed separately, where there is a small order of mixed fresh or frozen we may pack the items in the same box to save packaging. We will dispatch the goods to the address given and we ask that you are there to receive your order, if you are unavailable to receive your parcel then please indicate on the order your desired safe place our courier can leave this or a neighbour this can be delivered to.
We aim to have your order delivered the next working day however, all kinds of problems can happen on the great British roads which can delay your order, we are a company that work on as little food waste as possible, we pack every consignment with enough dry ice and gel packs to cover a two to three day delivery for the inevitability that a delivery may go wrong, so there is no reason to panic!!
If your order does not arrive on the day requested we will endeavour to upgrade your box to a pre-12 delivery for the following day. Upon receipt of your delivery please place your hand inside the box to gauge the temperature, if the products are chilled then all is good. If frozen products have been part defrosted then they can be put straight into the freezer without fear of food poisoning. All we ask is that you work with us and use as much of the delivered products as possible. If you are not entirely satisfied then we will of course start negotiating refunds with you but hopefully it will not come to that.
Orders can be received at anytime through the site but we only deliver Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays, Saturday delivery is possible for an additional charge. Should you wish to collect from our shop then we are open from 6am to 3pm Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Fridays. We are also open Saturdays between 7am and 11.30am.

Credit Card Security
When your order is placed on our website, credit card numbers are encrypted using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.
