Kingcrab.co.uk is a website owned, managed and maintained by Premier Seafoods of Grimsby. Our address is;

Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our site, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Payment' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.
Due to the very nature of seafood we cannot guarantee the final cost of your order, your Seabass may weigh more then 1 kilo or the haddock fillets may not quite weigh the ordered amount. After dispatch we will charge your card to the actual weight sent. We endeavour to get you the freshest fish available but sometimes due to the vagaries of the weather we not are able to fulfil your fresh fish order and we reserve the right to substitute frozen product at the same price. If the species advertised is not available then we may substitute for a similar species, size or presentation of similar quality.
When confirmation of your order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.
All orders are dispatched in sealed packs inside expanded polystyrene boxes accompanied by Dry ice (frozen) or Gelpacks (fresh) to ensure that the correct temperature is maintained. Fresh and frozen items are packed separately. Where there is a small order of mixed fresh or frozen we may pack the items in the same box to save packaging. We will dispatch the goods to the address given and we ask that you are there to receive it. If you will not be available to receive the parcel then please indicate on the order where you would like us to leave it.
Occasionally our courier may not deliver your order on your desired day. All manner of problems may occur on the Great British roads. If our products do not turn up on the day requested we will endeavour to upgrade your box to a before 10.00am delivery the following day. Upon delivery please place your hand inside the box to gauge the temperature. If the products are chilled then all is good. If frozen products have been part defrosted then they can be put into the freezer without fear of food poisoning. All we ask is that you work with us and use as much of the delivered products as posible. If you are not entirely satisfied then we will of course start negotiating refunds with you. Hopefully it will not come to that.
Orders can be received anytime through the site but we deliver Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays only. Saturday delivery is possible for an additional charge. Should you wish to collect from our shop then we are open from 9am to 4pm Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and until 3pm on Fridays. We are also open Saturdays between 7-11am.

Credit Card Security
When the order is placed at our website, credit card numbers are encrypted using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.
