Delivery to your door - how's this work?

You may be worried about fresh and frozen seafoods arriving with you at the right temperature; don't. Your order will be dispatched in a sealed pack inside a polystyrene box accompanied by dry ice if frozen or gel packs if fresh, this ensures that the correct temperature is maintained. Where there is a small order of mixed fresh or frozen we may pack the items in the same box to save packaging.
We do ask that you are at the delivery address to receive your order or have made arrangements for the parcel(s) to be left in a suitable place. We guarantee our products and in the unlikely event of a problem we will refund any monies due to missed delivery which is our fault. Delivery covers most UK mainland however some postcodes north of the Clyde/Forth line and all of the highlands will be subject to delay and can take two or even three days. Additional costs may be incurred. Please however just email us from the contacts page and this can be clarified.

When will I get my seafood?

Orders received before 11am Monday to Thursday can usually be delivered the next day. Subject fresh supplies.Orders placed on Friday after 11am, Saturday, Sunday and Monday can be delivered the following Tuesday onwards. We ask you to fill in the date you would like your order on the checkout pages, if for any reason this is not possible we will contact you to arrange a suitable time.
You are very welcome to visit our premises in Grimsby and choose your seafood directly from our shop. You will find our premises on Riby Street close to the fish docks. Our shop is called Premier Seafoods Ltd., Click here for a map
We are open weekdays from 6am to 3.30pm - Friday till 2.30pm. Saturday 7am to 11.30am.

What will it cost?

We offer free delivery on orders over £95.00 net. A delivery charge of £15.00 is required for all orders below £95.00. We have a minimum order of £25.00 net.

When you make your purchase your payment will go into our 'payment pending' account. We will only take this money from you on the day of dispatch not before. Please make sure you have the funds in your account to cover the purchase on the day of dispatch. This will of course be the day before your delivery date.
