The nights are drawing in and what better comfort eating than fish pie. Our pie mix is a selection of skinless and boneless white fish, superior salmon and smoked cod or haddock, there is no particular ratio of either but all can be cooked together as the base for a meaty fish pie, add cold water cooked and peeled prawns after cooking to enhance the flavour.
