Single fillets of this wonderful flatfish. The skin holds the fillet together when cooking. Bake, grill or gently fry skin down until the translucent flesh turns white. You might get a white skin or a black skin on fillet. The black side is a little fatter then the white side both excellent but don't overcook.
Fresh fish supplies cannot always be guaranteed because of weather or seasonal issues however the more notice we have the better chance we have of fulfilling your order.
Wednesday onward dates for fresh fish are preferred.
