Take skinless boneless (may contain some bones - we have to say that!) Atlantic wild cod fillets and press them into a fillet shape. After freezing coat them in a three way cook batter, par-fry in vegetable oil then refreeze ready for packing. All are a uniform size and ready to cook. A discontinued line packed for a major caterer but perfect in every way. These are only £5.50 for a 1 kilo bag.
