Delivery

You may be worried about fresh and frozen seafoods arriving with you at the right temperature; don't. Your order will be dispatched in a sealed pack inside a polystyrene box accompanied by dry ice if frozen or gel packs if fresh, this ensures that the correct temperature is maintained. We do ask that you are at the delivery address to receive delivery or have made arrangements for the parcel(s) to be left in a suitable place. We guarantee our products and in the unlikely event of a problem we will refund any monies due to missed delivery which is our fault. Delivery covers most UK mainland, we can deliver to other parts of the UK by arrangement, just send your request by email on our 'contact us' page and we will respond. 		Delivery

When will I get my seafood?

Orders received before 10.00am Tuesday to Thursday can usually be delivered the next day - subject fresh fish supplies. Orders placed on Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Monday can be delivered on the following Wednesday. We ask you to fill in the date you would like your order on the checkout pages, if for any reason this is not possible we will contact you to arrange a suitable time.
We can deliver Saturdays; please select the Saturday delivery option on the checkout pages.
You are very welcome to visit our premises in Grimsby and choose your seafood directly from our shop. You will find our premises on the fish docks. Our shop is called Premier Seafoods Ltd.click here for a map
We are open weekdays from 5am to 3.30pm - Friday till 2.30pm. Saturday 8am to 10am. We are closed Mondays.

What will it cost?

We offer free delivery on orders over £95 nett. (£145 for Saturday delivery). Orders of a lesser value attract a delivery charge based on weight itemised on the checkout pages before payment is taken. We have a minimum order of £25 nett.
