All our fish steaks are boneless, also known as Supremes but don't ask why! Most of our steaks are vacuum packed to seal in the freshness and then they are overwrapped in a poly bag. Our cod supremes are middle cut fillet, Icefish or Escolar steaks come from the Patagonian toothfish found in the South Atlantic around the Falklands.
Middle cut steaks of superior Scottish salmon individually wrapped to maintain freshness. Each portion weighs in between 6 - 7ozs or 170-200 grms and is skinless and boneless. These can be cooked in a variety of ways, boil in the bag is the easiest or just eat raw!
