We offer 3 types here;The reformed is pieces of broken tail meat squeezed together to make a uniform size breaded scampi just as good as the rest but much cheaper.
Grimsby is the home of the fish finger and we're still producing them by the million. These are giant all cod fish fingers coated in light batter. Packed for the caterer in 24's but great for the home freezer.
We have been selling our own brand of fresh and frozen fish cakes for years so they must be good. Mostly sold fresh to the trade in boxes of 24 x 3ozs. If you're buying for the freezer then take the frozen cakes as these are purpose made. The salmon fish cakes are only sold frozen, where each cake is 2oz.

These tropical prawns are split down the middle and the centre vein is removed. They are then coated in breadcrumb leaving the tail exposed as a handle to eat with the fingers. Great for parties, easy to cook.
These are tail on tiger prawns wrapped in filo pastry, follow the cooking instructions for perfect results. Very tasty as finger food dipped in a spicy sauce.
